Yacht Works At the 2012 Palm Beach Show With Cranchi and Wider

Yacht Works will be at 2012 Palm Beach Show (Ramp 8 – Slips 813 to 816) with four yachts: Cranchi 58 Fly, Cranchi 56 ST, Cranchi M40, Wider 42.

Cranchi Fifty 8 Fly
The 58 Fly Bridge exemplifies Cranchi’s attention to detail and its continued expertise in designing a functional yacht with extraordinary contemporary styling. With an overall length of over 60 feet, the 58 Fly has 3 very comfortable staterooms with a full beam master. In addition, there is a dedicated crew cabin for one with its entrance from the cockpit. She is extremely manoeuvrable thanks to the Volvo IPS drives controlled from three various stations throughout the yacht. The Volvo propulsion system, combined with the automatic trim tabs provided by Humphree, make the 58 Fly extremely nimble and with a cruising speed of 24 knots at a consumption rate of 44 gallons per hour, she is still very economical. The 58’ Fly Bridge is the perfect yacht for those wanting to enjoy time in the sun. A large forward sun pad with an optional power assisted Bimini top offers room for three and at least twice the amount of friends may enjoy what the fly bridge sun lounge has to offer.

Cranchi Fifty6 Soft Top (ST)
The 56 Cranchi Soft Top is an ultra-modern living and entertainment platform which turns heads in every marina she enters.  The Volvo IPS system makes the yacht incredibly easy to manoeuvre in tight docking situations so your 15+ guests will not miss a beat while enjoying the 3 large sunpads with the pop up TV in the cockpit and entertainment system on the foredeck.  The retractable roof allows a truly open boat feeling, but when closed offers very solid protection from the sun and elements.  The full beam master stateroom is extremely comfortable and for longer trips there is a dedicated crew cabin for one as well.  The 56’ tops out at 36 knots and handles like a sport boat with the Volvo IPS drives and Humphree tabs working in unison.

Cranchi M40 Soft Top (ST)
The M40 ST offers a very comfortable space in a contemporary design that exemplifies the latest technological achievements by Cranchi. The overall length including the swim platform is just under 45 feet, affording a large amount area on which to spend time on the water. The electrically actuated soft top retracts to allow a fully open air helm, dinette and cockpit area. The forward bow includes two separate sun pads on either side of a recessed window, allowing natural light into the master stateroom. In addition to the forward master, is a full beam guest stateroom (with windows on either side) that has sleeping arrangements for three. If one includes the convertible dinette in the salon, there are accommodations to sleep 7- not easily found on a 40 foot boat. The optional joystick control, combined with the Volvo Duo Prop engines allow for stress free manoeuvring when docking.

Wider 42
The new 42 footer, whose lines have been characterized by well-known designer Fulvio De Simoni, is an open yacht with a strong  design connotation, to drive and enjoy in an incredible mix of adrenaline and fun, a yacht ready to satisfy a wide range of demands, throughout solutions offering  comfort and  stability unthinkable until now for boats this size. A 42 foot day-cruiser will be on display during the Palm Beach Show, unique in its design, due to the automatic patented system which makes it possible to double the cockpit surface and reach an extraordinary stability in just 12 seconds.
