Benetti Ocean Paradise is the biggest yacht at Cannes Yachting Festival 2014

Ocean PacificOcean Paradise is a 55 meters in aluminum and steel and it based on a consolidated and tested Benetti platform, yet rich with innovative contents, especially with regards to partitioning, interior design, decor and fitting out.

With Ocean Paradise, Benetti gives further proof of their second to none capability in interpreting and adapting to Owner’s requests. Many elements make this yacht an example of custom avantguard solutions: from the furnishings to the highly elaborate illumination plan, with the use of novel architectural solutions and the combination of both transparent and opaque materials that emphasize the traditional relationship with the sea, or a more contemporary look and feel, as required. All this is coordinated and managed by BEST(Benetti Exclusive Sea Technology), the proven domotic system adopted by the yard aboard several vessels and very much appreciated by Owners and crew.

Ocean PacificThe Benetti Ocean Paradise  was also conceived to fulfill the specific need of the charter activities, but despite this is characterized by several notable one of a kind elements, such as the designer’s research for solutions that guarantee communication between adjacent environments and especially with the sea, even while relaxing in the main saloon or lunch area. This was obtained by the intense study and development of the height of the opaque elements, and the adoption of plexiglass and crystal materials, with the absence of bulwarks in the floor to ceiling windows in the salon. Minimalist, but never cold, and always connected with the sea: these were some of the guidelines given by the Owner for the development of this project. The Benetti team of interior and exterior designers interpreted the desires of the Owner, bringing it to an ideal fruition from both the technical and esthetic/functional points of view.

Couach – first photos of Hornet – new tender from the oldest French yard

Hornet to be launched to the press and public at the Cannes Boat Show from 10th to 15th September 2013

Couach creates the surprise at this fall’s 2013 Cannes boat show and goes where it is not expected: the shipyard will launch a high-speed, 13 metre day- boat brimming with personality and technical prowess. We would not necessarily have expected to see Couach, the constructor of 20 to 50 metre pleasure yachts, in this domain. Yet who better to design a high-performance day- boat than a shipyard that has been supplying customs and marinas throughout the world for decades? Besides motor yachts, Couach also designs and builds a range of professional civilian and military boats, recognized for their high level of technicality (going by the name Plascoa). The idea was simple but audacious! Teams from the shipyard and designer Franck Reynaud tackled the task of transforming the Plascoa FIC (Fast Interceptor Craft) into an aggressive, high-tech pleasure boat. The result is remarkable, and will appeal to the virile nature of those who get a kick out of extreme sensations and ultimate playthings.

Couach new 2600fly at Festival de la Plaisance de Cannes – date for press sea test: Wednesday 11 Sept 5:30pm

The 2600 FLY was launched on the 24th of June on the Arcachon Bay. With this new model, the shipyard enters the 80 foot sector for the first time and broadens the scope of its yacht and professional speedboat catalogue that already boasts 13 models from 14 to 50 metres.

Between 22 and 28 metres: the missing link
Couach customers have been waiting a long time for a model this size. Designed to fill the gap in the range of 22 and 28 metre models, the 2600 FLY is the perfect expression of what the shipyard does best: a compact, homogeneous and functional yacht for enjoyable life on-board and sailing. With a new approach to on-board passenger circulation and space management, the 2600 FLY offers all the trademark features that have established Couach’s reputation: deep V-shaped planing hull, composite materials, speed, stability and agility, shaft line propulsion.

Couach essence
In-house designer Franck Reynaud began with a blank page and has imagined a contemporary model consistent with today’s trends, in keeping with the brand’s distinctive lines that reflect its precision, commitment and marine qualities. Particular among the new features are the stylistic effects borrowed from the 50 metre yacht design; the bow layout, uncommon on a deep Vshaped hull; the flying bridge layout and the large sliding side doors that open the lounge onto the sea.

Perfect homogeneity
To define the options for layout, always entirely customisable at Couach shipyard, the client drew on ideas from La Pellegrina, the 50 metre super yacht built in 2012. Ambitious choices that led the teams to make even better use of space and stretch every limit. The result is perfect and within its 26 metres and four cabins the 2600 Fly combines all the assets one would expect on a larger vessel.

il  PRENDISOLE di poppa ESTENDIBILE. In pochi semplici gesti, infatti, il divano di poppa può essere convertito per ampliare ulteriormente il prendisole;

l’AMPIO PRENDISOLE di prua completo di chaise longue, porta oggetti e gavone per stivare i parabordi;

il GRANDE TENDALINO a scomparsa, studiato per essere facilmente armabile e rimuovibile nel pratico alloggiamento;
